The Royal Thai Singleton is delighted to present an extraordinary evening featuring five courses of modern Thai cuisine that beautifully express our food, culture, and creativity. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional Australian wines from one of the Hunter Valley’s finest winemakers — Hunter Wine Lab, led by Nathan Heuston, who will personally guide guests through an intimate journey of wine and flavour alongside our handcrafted menu.
Experience one of the best Gewurztraminer, Verdelho, Pinots, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Solera (Fortified Verdelho), including special pours from Hunter Wine Lab selections, each expertly paired with a bespoke Five-course menu.
